Symptoms in the third month of pregnancy

In the third month of pregnancy, your belly starts showing, and you will notice that you've gained some weight already. This can cause mild abdominal discomforts and leg cramps due to the stretching of the muscles and the uterus compressing certain veins.

On the other hand, unpleasant symptoms like nausea and vomiting become less severe. This will cause you to feel better and start enjoying your pregnancy. Nonetheless, it is common that you have certain gastrointestinal issues like flatulence or constipation.

Pay special attention to sun exposure: there is an increased risk of melasma (dark patches in the skin). For this reason, we strongly recommend that you use high-level sun protection.
