One of the greatest challenges for the researchers in assisted reproduction consists on developing a series of mechanisms allowing and assuring a good selection of the embryos for implantation, but also the right moment for its transference. Currently, the most common option is to implant two or three embryos with the aim of increasing the likelihood of achieving pregnancy. Nevertheless, the chances of multiple births also increase this way.
