Leucospermia is a seminal alteration caused by a large number of leukocytes, white blood cells or pyocytes, in the semen.
This seminal alteration will cause fertility problems in the male.
It is diagnosed by means of a semen analysis, but the tests that confirm the causative agent of the infection is a semen and urine culture
