In pregnant women it’s linked with recurring abortions, alterations associated with the delayed development of the foetus, oligohydramnios, disruptions of Doppler, etc. The treatment during pregnancy will vary depending on the history of the patient, if there have been previous abortions or not, history of thrombosis, etc. The analysis must be adapted for each and every patient and its diagnosis must be carried out with a multidisciplinary team specialised in the illness.
