When a woman or couple is going to undergo intrauterine insemination treatment with sperm from an anonymous donor, the fertility clinic staff is in charge of selecting the most suitable sperm donor based on the physical and immunological characteristics of the recipients.
The aspects that are taken into account are blood group, race, skin color, hair type, eye color, height, and so on.
