Artificial insemination (AI) involves the introduction of the processed semen into the woman's uterus in the laboratory.
On the other hand, in vitro fertilization (IVF) requires the extraction of eggs from the woman's ovary, fertilizing them in the laboratory with the male's sperm, cultivating the embryos obtained and transferring the best ones.
