With the Reciprocal IVF method, both women in the couple feel that they are participants in the pregnancy. One provides the genetic material with the egg donation and the other will carry the pregnancy.
This is an in vitro fertilization in which one of them, after undergoing ovarian stimulation, would provide the eggs, which would be inseminated in the laboratory with the sperm of a donor. Thus, the embryos would be obtained to be transferred to the uterus of her partner who would carry the pregnancy.
