Early ovarian failure

Early ovarian failure is the loss of ovarian function in women under 40 years of age. As a consequence, these women present a deficit of estrogens (female sex hormones) and the appearance of premenopausal symptoms: absence of menstruation, sweating, vaginal dryness, etc.
