Having a supportive partner after going through a spontaneous abortion (miscarriage) is a key step to overcoming it and be mentally prepared to try to get pregnant again. Dealing with a miscarriage alone or having a partner who doesn't understand the situation can make the grieving process way more difficult. It should be clear that, in couples, a miscarriage is a two-way thing and being supportive with each other is a key step toward success.
