6 days post 5d frozen embryo transfer symptoms

just had my 3rd transfer (2nd FET) my fresh ended in a chemical pregnancy and the 2nd time never took. We are doing IVF due to male infertility and I had a tubal ligation. This is our last embryo. I had a day 5 grade B blast with assisted hatching on December 7th. Since I have had pinching, light cramps, pulling down feeling in my lower abdomen and I’ve felt hot ALOT! I’ve also had terrible lower back pain that on top of the pulling down feeling in the front, I made the decision to use pto and stay home a couple extra days. I also have been exhausted! I nap daily and sleep at night. I have taken a pregnancy test multiple times since day 4 up until this morning (day 6pt) and all have been negative. Is there still hope?

I’m afraid day 6 post embryo transfer is actually too early for embryo implantation to have occurred, so it’s possible that you have gotten a false negative result on your pregnancy test. The symptoms you’ve described are most likely due to IVF medications.
