surrogacy is allowed in California, so if you wish to become a surrogate in this US state, you’ll have to visit the surrogacy agency in person. Please, keep in mind that many surrogacy agencies in the USA only accept native candidates from the United States. However, this does not happen in every agency, so my advice is that you contact various agencies directly to find out which ones will accept you as a surrogate or not.
