Hi! I am a 25-year-old, I have had infertility around me since I was little (my mom couldn´t have kids and adopted me) and I think it is time to return the favor to people that can´t have children on their own. I´ve looked into it and I think that donating my eggs could be a good start (I would love to be a GC in the future but I am too young to be pregnant haha). Soo does anyone know how this process works? Thanks!!

I went thru this process a couple of years ago, I think the most important part of it all is to be well informed, don’t hesitate to ask as many questions as your heart desires, you really do need to comprehend the whole process. My experience was great and felt very supported during it all and best of all I got to donate 20 follicles that will sure make a couple happy. Keep us updated on how it all turns out! Good luck.

Egg donation is a process in which the donor’s physical and mental condition must first be assessed. Once you have undergone the relevant tests and it has been established that you are suitable for egg donation, you will begin the ovarian stimulation.
This process involves the administration of medication that will tell your ovaries to work harder and mature more follicles than they naturally would.
Once the medication has taken effect, you will proceed to the ovarian puncture in which, through a small intervention, the eggs will be extracted.
I recommend you read this article where we explain everything in more detail: What are the details of egg donation?
I hope everything goes well!
