Hello, we’ve done an egg donor cycle, without luck… Now we’re about to start our 2nd cycle and doc told us something about EmbryoScope, an incubator that may enhance our chances of success… She encouraged us to use it… but does it really increase a woman’s chances of getting pregnant?

  2. Hello XOXOXOXO,

EmbryoScope is a new embryo incubator that can be very useful in case you’ve obtained a great amount of embryos, since it can help choose the best embryo, that is, the one with the greatest implantation potential.

Embryo selection done according to its morphology, which can be seen at any point, because it is continuously being monitored, as well as embryo cleavage.

Besides, the main advantage of this system is that embryo manipulation is necessary only to the least extent possible, as removing it from the incubator to check its development is unnecessary. Thus stress and potential harm caused on the embryo is minimal. All this translates into greater chances of pregnancy, as more info on the embryo is obtained.
