We are planning for a baby and my wife’s fertility reports are fine but in my semen report we figured out some issues as below:

Viscosity: Normal
Liquefaction: 45 Min
Fructose test: Present
Sperm Count: 70 mil/ml
Sperm Count Per ejection: 70 milSperm motility @37*C
Total motility (PR+np,%): 90
Progressive motility (PR,%) : 80%
Non motile: 0Sperm motility: per 100

Actually, all your values are normal except for sperm volume, which is below 1,5 ml (the reference value according to the WHO’s criteria). A decreased sperm volume is often related with an age-related decline. The causes of low semen volume are varied. Commonly, it is associated with hypogonadism (low testosterone), diabetes neurological problems, enlarged prostate, high blood pressure, or urinary problems.
Talk to your doctor to see your options to conceive.
I hope this helps,
Best wishes
