  2. Dear baba,

All values are normal except for motility progressive, which is 30% and it is normal from 32% onwards. So we can say that you’re on the limit, but there are still chances for you to achieve a pregnancy. As for agglutination, what’s the percent? It depends on the number of agglutinated sperms detected. If it’s 10% or less, it’s not considered a concerning issue.

Just follow your doctor’s instructions as to what would be the best treatment option to improve progressive motility and be able to achieve a pregnancy.

  3. Hello doctor,

My wife is having trouble getting pregnant. She is ok. But I have an issue.

Please, check my semen analysis report as below:

    Abesent: 15days

    sperm count: 57M/ml
    Motility rapid progressive A = 3%
    Motility slow progressive B = 29%
    Non progressive C = 5%
    Non motile = 63%

    Morphology:

    Normal forms : 1%
    Head defect : 75%
    Mid piece defect: 15%
    cytoplasmic droplets: 9%
    Tail defects : 0%

    Reports says TERATOZOOSPERMIA

Is there any possibility to get my wife pregnant?
What is the solution to improve my sperm morphology?
Currently we are disappointed and we are very much eager to get a baby soon.

What is the alternative solution to have a baby?

My age is32 and wife is 28.

Please, looking forward to your reply.

    • Dear mani,

With just 1% of normal forms, I’m afraid that yours is a case of severe teratozoospermia. In your case, the solution for you to have a baby is IVF with ICSI.

      I hope this helps,

      Best of luck
