IMER is the Spanish abbreviation for Reproductive Medicine Institute. IMER is a medical centre specialized in Assisted Human Reproduction whose work since 1997 focuses on the treatment of disorders related to this field of knowledge, either they appear during puberty or older ages.

First IMER clinic was founded in Godella, a Valencian village, but after its remarkable achievements, a new clinic was established in Valencia city. The medical team is led by Dr Vicente Montañana Ramírez and professionals in the field of gynecology, biology, and anesthesiology.
