Both male and female infertility can worsen if the couple follows an unhealthy lifestyle, including toxic habits such as smoking or drinking alcohol on a regular basis.
Also, these environmental factors can reduce the pregnancy rates of fertility treatments. For this reason, quitting all of them at once is strongly recommended.
