The success rate of AI with semen from the male partner is not too high. According to the data collected in the latest statistical registry of the Spanish Fertility Society in 2019, the overall success rates for CAI were as shown in the image.
The pregnancy rate for CAI was 15.3%; while the delivery rate was 11.9%. However, most of the deliveries were singletons. Only 18.6% of deliveries were multiple.
