Oligozoospermia is a sperm disorder that consists of a low sperm concentration in the ejaculate. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), a normal semen sample must have at least 15 million sperm per mL of ejaculate. If the sperm count is lower than indicated, the man will be diagnosed with oligospermia.
In cases of oligozoospermia it may be more difficult to achieve pregnancy naturally but not impossible.
