There exist basically two types of sperm donor profile: anonymous and non-anonymous. However, the availability of each one varies from country to country.
In general, most European countries such as Spain, Greece, Ukraine or Croatia do not allow known sperm donations. Conversely, choosing a known donor is possible in the United States and Denmark. As for the United Kingdom, disclosure when the child reaches the age of 18 is mandatory.
