Spermatogenesis or sperm formation takes place in the testicles and therefore the temperature must be appropriate. When the temperature in the scrotal area rises, spermatogenesis is disturbed.
For this reason, febrile processes, placing the laptop on the legs, cycling, etc. could cause an alteration in seminal quality due to an increase in temperature in the testicular area.
