In the eighth month of pregnancy, a woman is in her third and last trimester and is therefore less and less time away from giving birth. The size of the baby-to-be means that there is less and less space in the uterus, which also puts pressure on the bladder and causes frequent urination in the pregnant woman.
During this month, the baby will reach about 50% of the weight it reaches during the entire pregnancy. It will also lose the lanugo that used to cover its little body, while at the same time increasing its fat reserves under the skin.
