Toxoplasmosis is a fairly common parasitic disease worldwide, although it often goes unnoticed due to the similarity of its symptoms to those of influenza.
Among the most frequent clinical manifestations of toxoplasmosis are:
- Swollen lymph nodes.
- Headache.
- Sore throat.
- Fever.
- Fatigue.
For pregnant women who become infected with toxoplasmosis, their symptoms are the same.
