Vasectomy procedure diagram

Vasectomy is a surgical procedure whereby the vasa deferentia of the man are cut, thereby blocking the passage of spermatozoa from the testicles to the exterior.

However, it does not prevent the man from continuing expelling seminal fluid. In other words, a man who has a vasectomy continues ejaculating, although the semen will not contain sperms.
