Sometimes, what is behind female infertility is related to the presence of a chromosomal or genetic disorder. In such cases, experts recommend undergoing a karyotype test by means of a blood test.
Karyotyping allows the specialist to detect potential abnormalities that may be preventing the woman from getting pregnant, either related to the number of chromosomes, or alterations in their structure.
