What to eat during pregnancy

When a woman finds out that she’s expecting a baby or even earlier if she’s been trying to conceive for a while, it is crucial that she starts following certain health habits to stay healthy during the course of pregnancy and to make sure that the baby grows as expected.

Following a balanced diet, avoiding toxic habits such as tobacco and alcohol, as well as doing moderate exercise are some recommendations.
