Fertility options for women over 40

Women who cannot get pregnant at 40 or later can choose any of the following fertility treatments to have a baby:

IVF with frozen eggs
Only possible if the woman cryopreserved her eggs at a younger age.
IVF with PGD
IVF including a genetic test of the embryos to select the healthy ones only.
IVF with donor eggs
The eggs of a young, healthy girl are used. This option increases the success rates substantially.
