Regulations on medically assisted reproduction in Croatia

The Law that governs medically assisted reproduction in Croatia was passed in July, 2012. It is one of the most permissive laws within Europe.

However, it allows neither for double-donor IVF nor for sex selection of the embryos to transfer.
