Contrary to the common belief, the female ejaculation comes out from the urethra, and not from the vagina. It is believed to be secreted by the Skene’s glands, being this the reason why it is not the same as urine. Also for this reason, having had your uterus removed (hysterectomy) does not compromise a woman’s ability to ejaculate.
