Among the recommendations for a woman who is 35 weeks pregnant, and in general throughout pregnancy, are the following:
- Maintain a healthy diet.
- Eat small amounts, several times a day.
- Stay hydrated.
- Do pregnancy-safe exercise.
- Wear comfortable clothing and cotton underwear.
Additionally, the pregnant woman can start gradually preparing the bag she will take to the hospital when it is time for delivery.
