Well, the short answer this is you can't. If twins don't tend to run in your family and you don't have a genetic basis it may be unlikely that you will have twins naturally. The probability of having twins depends on you having a multiple ovulation or on the single embryo splitting at a certain time to give rise to two embryos that then go on to develop.
