The BLISS method is a kind of adaptive baby led weaning. In fact, it stands for baby led introduction to solids. Is something that is the topic of ongoing research into baby led weaning. The aim of it is to try and remove the disadvantages, such as the balancing of nutrition and ensuring the baby gets iron-rich foods.
