How do we obtain your data and what data do we process?

Your data have been obtained through the form where you request personalized information on https://www.invitra.com/en/reports/. This form asks for your gender and your partner’s gender, your ages, health information, your name, e-mail, phone number, and country or province.

For what purpose do we process your personal data? Is there any transfer of data to third parties?

We will use your data to provide you with detailed information and free informative assistance from clinics where you can go to donate. Likewise, your data will be processed for segmentation and/or profiling with the same purpose. Your data are processed based on the consent given when submitting the form.

Your personal data will be transferred to the medical provider responsible for providing the clinical service you have requested, as well as to third parties necessary to comply with a legal obligation. The medical provider may use this data to contact you with the purpose of informing you about the egg donation treatment or arranging an informational visit if you so request. Likewise, the medical provider will inform EUREKA FERTILITY, S.L. about the contracting of clinical services related to the requested report or other services (date of contracting, contracted services, and date of completion).

In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, inviTRA undertakes not to send commercial communications without properly identifying them.

Right of Access:

You have the right to know and request at any time the following information:

Right to Data Portability:

Right not to be subject to Automated Decisions:

The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
