Symptoms of tocophobia

Tocophobia is the irrational and disproportionate fear of pregnancy and childbirth. In addition to this, the expectant mother may experience other very intense symptoms such as anxiety attacks, tremors, or sweating when thinking about pregnancy.

In the worst case scenario, all of these feelings can lead a woman to reject pregnancy despite wanting to be a mother.
