Vitamin E supplementation has been shown to reduce the proportion of sperm with fragmented DNA in patients with high fragmentation, which could improve ICSI results. In addition, vitamin E has been linked to sperm motility.
However, there are no robust results that clarify the role of vitamin E supplementation on seminal quality and reproductive outcomes.
