The changes that take place in the fetus at week 10 of pregnancy are the following:
- The forehead increases in size due to the development of the brain
- Arms and legs lengthen
- Ossification of the skeleton begins
- The yolk sac shrinks until it disappears
The measurements of the fetus with this gestation time are about 3-4 cm and its weight is approximately 5 g.
