Practicing sports and physical exercise during pregnancy is very important along with eating a healthy diet. Keeping the body in good physical condition will reduce discomfort during pregnancy:

  • Helps reduce fatigue
  • Prepares the body for the moment of childbirth
  • Reduces back and lumbar pain
  • Helps control weight gain
  • Prevents the appearance of varicose veins or spider veins

The most recommended sports are yoga, pilates and swimming, as well as taking long walks on a daily basis.
