Practicing sports and physical exercise during pregnancy is very important along with a healthy diet. Keeping your body in good physical condition will reduce discomfort during pregnancy:

  • Helps reduce fatigue.
  • Prepares the body for childbirth.
  • Reduces back and lower back pain.
  • Helps control weight gain.
  • Prevents the appearance of varicose veins or spider veins.

The most recommended sports are yoga, pilates and swimming, as well as taking long walks on a daily basis.
