The eighth month of pregnancy corresponds to the last trimester of pregnancy, i.e. the third trimester. This month of pregnancy runs from the 29th to the 32nd week. During this time, the foetus grows in size.
During week 32 of pregnancy, the baby can weight up to 1800 g on average. At this stage of pregnancy, the baby's senses are almost fully developed, especially the smell, since the first olfactory receptor neurons are formed.
