The preparation of the endometrium in an IVF treatment, IVF with ovodonation or IVF with double gamete donation is the same. The woman should be administered estrogens and progesterone for approximately 10-12 days. Throughout this period of time, the patient will come to your center for successive ultrasound check-ups to assess the growth of the endometrium.
When the endometrium reaches 7-9 mm in thickness and has a trilaminar aspect, it will be the perfect moment to schedule the embryo transfer.
