Throughout the entire pregnancy it is important to take care of your diet. This will guarantee the correct development of the fetus, providing it with the necessary nutrients for its growth. Therefore, pregnant women should follow a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, legumes, vegetables and cereals. In addition, do not forget to eat foods rich in vitamins and minerals, especially foods containing:
- Folic acid such as citrus fruits or green leafy vegetables.
- Vitamin C such as strawberries or peppers.
- Calcium such as dairy products or tofu.
