- Eat a healthy and balanced diet, consuming large quantities of fruits and vegetables, as well as vegetables, legumes, nuts, etc.
- Take ginger.
- Avoid refined foods, as sugar or flour could cause imbalances in the rule according to various studies.
As time goes by and by adopting good lifestyle practices, menstruation will regulate and return to normal.
