There are some recommendations that help a woman's reproductive capacity, although there is nothing miraculous.
It is advisable to follow a balanced diet, reducing the consumption of processed carbohydrates or caffeine, for example. In addition, the consumption of tobacco or alcohol should be avoided, as they could have negative effects on female fertility.
It should be noted that it is important to consume about 2 liters of water per day.
