Hello, my name is Maci, I found love a bit late in life, I am 38 and have been trying to get pregnant for 5 months. I don´t want to waste time and we are thinking of trying IUI. How long after starting with the IUI process did you get pregnant? TIA
01/25/2022 at 6:24 amI am interested in this too, I am 40 and have been trying for forever, maybe a year or so. I am afraid of starting this whole process because I´ve read this is a wild ride and don´t want to give up being a mother. I can´t provide experience but I am eager on reading some of your comments. Keep strong women!
01/30/2022 at 8:55 pmHello, my wife and I got pregnant with IUI, I am 28 years old and have PCOS and we thought it was going to be a little bit more complicated because of my diagnosis. I started the whole process in February of last year and started with the insemination in April, after 3 failed cycles we got pregnant with our baby boy and will give birth any day now. We used a sperm donor and that maybe eased the process but I don’t know. Maybe you should talk to a clinic. Good luck!
02/02/2022 at 8:02 pmHello MaciBook,
Generally for women over 36, we recommend you consult a fertility specialist when you have been actively trying to conceive for 6 months. Given your age and TTC time, I recommend you visit a fertility clinic. This is a free tool the InviTRA team created to help and give a personalized report based on your family model and characteristics and obtain the recommended treatment, where you can get this treatment done, and the estimated price of each of the suggestions.
I hope I could help,
All the best.
