Cost of donor egg IVF with PGD gender selection and evaluation

Hello, I'm traveling to the US to use donor eggs (I'm from Germany), but my husband and I would like to choose our baby's gender in spite of donor eggs. We know it's legal in the United States, but we're afraid the cost is too high - egg donation in the USA is itself an expensive process, been saving for years! Can you give us an idea? We find it also a way through which we can make sure our embryo is free from genetic problems... the genetic screening is an advantageous method. Thank you very much, we're very excited & happy!
