IUD insertion and egg donation, is it possible?

Hello. Is it possible to donate some of your eggs with the IUD inside of you? I've been using it for 2 years now and now I want to help women become mothers - and make some money in exchange! Can the IUD have an influence or negatively impact the fertility drugs I'd have to take if I were accepted as a donor? Would I have to remove it? Thank you!
