Twins with IVF ICSI?

In which methods there are more chances of having twin? ICSI or IVF? I’d love to have twins, ideally a boy and a girl. Is there a possibility to chose gender with one of the techniques?

it is indeed possible to opt for a twin pregnancy in a IVF cycle. To do so, more than one embryo are transfered.
As multiple pregnancy results in a higher possiblity of complications, it is advisable to follow the instruction of your fertility doctor.
