In the first trimester of pregnancy, weight gain is usually a maximum of two kilograms, since the fetus is still small.
However, in the second and third trimester of pregnancy, the pregnant woman will gain about half a kilogram each week. However, it is possible that the weight gain will be somewhat greater in the second trimester (about 6-6.5 kilos) than in the third trimester (about 5-6 kilos).
