When a couple cannot have children after trying for some time, it is difficult to know if the cause is in the male or female without making diagnostic tests, since infertility does not cause symptoms detectable a priori.
However, there are some signs when infertility is caused by men, that men can notice in their daily lives, such as problems with sexual relations, changes in the consistency and size of the testicles, changes in ejaculated semen or changes in secondary sexual characteristics.
