Oligozoospermic patients can have children thanks to assisted reproductive technology (ART). Based on the type of oligospermia and its level of severity, the patient may be referred to Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) or In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). In cases of severe oligozoospermia, the technique of choice is Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), since IUI and conventional IVF do not guarantee success.
