After pregnancy and childbirth, the woman should have her pelvic floor and abdomen assessed by a physiotherapist specialized in postpartum. This way, she can begin the practice of exercises, first aimed at the complete recovery of these muscles. Among the benefits of these exercises in postpartum are:
